Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or partially used.
- To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.

Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless damaged or defective).
