Refund policy

We want you (and your furry friend) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or partially used.

  • To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless damaged or defective).
